<p> <img alt="" src="/images/icons/issue_open.png" /> The <strong>Map Marker location</strong> is where your issue is located. The marker will start on the address you entered on the previous page. If it can be placed more accurately, please drag the marker to the right spot. If you do that, please do your best to make sure that the written address matches the marker. Likewise, if you enter a different address into the text box, be sure to move the marker so that the two match up.&nbsp;</p> <p> Some places don&#39;t really have an address. For example, &quot;The water fountain in Miller Park&quot; might not have an address even though everyone in town knows exactly where it is. If that&#39;s the case, you can put in a description in the <strong>Street Address</strong> bar and then drag the marker to right spot on the map. You can also describe intersections or businesses nearby.&nbsp;</p> <p> Making sure that the address and the marker are accurate is one of the most important parts of reporting an issue. It helps the person responsible to find and resolve your issue more quickly! </p> <p> <strong>Summary</strong> is a short explanation of the issue.</p> <p> <strong>Description </strong>is a more detailed description of the problem. Be as detailed as possible and keep in mind that others will be reading this and thinking about what needs to be done to fix the issue.</p> <p> A <strong>picture</strong> says a thousand words, and it&#39;s definitely helpful to <strong>Upload</strong> one. The people who will go &quot;out in the field&quot; to fix the issue appreciate it. Try to capture the scope of the problem and where it&#39;s located in the photo if possible.</p> <p> Your <strong>Name</strong> is not required, but adds to the SeeClickFix community. You can enter an online alias as this information is displayed publicly. </p> <p> Please include your <strong>Email</strong> address. We will never share it with anyone. You need to give us your email address so that a Watcher (a public official or a community leader, for example) can get in touch with you if they need more information and so that we can let you know when the issue has been resolved.&nbsp;</p>
